In 2015, she transitioned to the role of Chief Accounting Officer for a small-cap public REIT, charged with modernizing their accounting and financial reporting processes. By 2018, she began consulting, helping mid-sized companies streamline their accounting functions and optimize back-office operations. As the President and founder of Pillar, Arinn focuses on leading teams that deliver high-quality back-office services to rapidly growing businesses. She’s passionate about supporting middle-market companies, by providing the financial insights they need to thrive. Arinn is dedicated to ensuring every client receives the same level of expertise, strategic guidance, and care, helping them achieve their growth objectives.

Luke is an experienced professional who leads new client onboarding and special project work. Before joining our team, he worked as an auditor for Deloitte and Touche LLP, where he gained extensive expertise in auditing and financial oversight. Luke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Luke is passionate about working closely with founders and operators to clean up financials, build scalable processes, and get companies investor-ready. He is well- versed in ERP implementations, pre- and post-transaction environments, first-year audits, and QoE reviews, and he helps founders and operators turn month-over-month financials into clear, actionable insight.

Barry Kubat is a seasoned executive and board leader with a proven track record in private equity value creation, healthcare, transportation, commercial leasing, logistics, and agribusiness. Over the course of his career, he has co-founded and scaled multiple enterprises, led acquisitions and partnerships, and driven double-digit growth through disciplined strategic planning, private equity fundraising, and rigorous financial oversight. His leadership spans both domestic and international ventures, with demonstrated success in transforming regional companies into national and global players.
